Continuing with Planking. I am just "overbending" the planks and push them in towards and into the Bulkheads until it bends in or fits right. Here is the latest. I cut out a small wedge - I can't remember, I think it is called Spiling ? Well, it is a small piece about 2 inches long. It was pre bent as well.

I realize now that my first 4 planks that head into the bow should have been tapered instead of running horizontal like they are. The final planking will observe that. What I mean is that all my planks going to the bow will have a taper. Time is running out or I would demo with a graphic. Maybe later.

Here is the latest. Not much done, just showing how I needed to cut a small piece to fit.

Continuation. In this series of images, it shows the installation of the laser cut Cannon Port Strips, Treenailing, and installation of the Wales. Several mistakes along the way. I started to use steel wire for the treenails and that was a mistake. I started to file down the excess sticking out and the filings got into the wood. Very bad. I have worked with this a lot to remove as much as I can. Then I resorted to using tooth picks and sharpening them down.
