Outstanding help from Model Expo:
An unscrupulous seller on Facebook sold me a "New" Mamoli Flying Cloud. It came without the plans or instructions. He didn't respond to a return request. I contacted Model Expo, explained how I got the kit and they obtained a full set of plans from the Mamoli and sent them to me at no charge, not even postage. Where can you get such service/ help!!!
I'm not affiliated with them.

I have purchased many things from model-expo. Their customer service is first rate. One of the best customer services in our business. If you get on their mailing list, they have some great sales at times. I always try to use them first.

I've been dealing with Model Expo for years, now, & you just can't find a better guy than John & staff for help! Plus, their products, especially the Beautiful Blocks, can't be beat! A GREAT company!

I’ve had nothing but great service from Model Expo. It was so good on my US Brig Syren build that I purchased another model from them just because.:)

I agree with all the positive comments. Great products, quality and service. John Garcia has always been patient ,personable and helpful on the phone and even connected me to a customer in Boca Raton looking for a completed sailing ship model who ended up buying a "Fair American" model I made.

Add me to the long and growing list of Model Expo fans. They are ethical business persons and just plain great folks. They have helped me obtain plans from sources across The Pond I didn't even know existed. Their range of products is excellent and their courteous customer service, first rate.

I agree, I can’t really say enough good about their service, I’ve tried to do my part to support them with my continued patronage for going on 20 years. They have great product lines in their in-house brands, and have kept the Midwest name alive, they are truly a great resource for enabling newcomers to get into the hobby for reasonable prices.
I’ve heavily used their sales to gift their beginner sets to friends and family, you never know when you might be able to spark a new interest in someone.

My goodness…you are soooo correct. I was there and didn’t realize.
Thanks for pointing that out, I will tell Carlos.

Model Shipways makes great model ships.

What's in the round (movie film looking) containers Bluebeard?
They are sets of castings for one particular model.
It gets set up on a rounded way so when the melted Britannia metal goes in the centrifugal spinning force pushes out to reach the small parts.

As a former safety professional, I hope they get a cover installed on that breaker panel

I just finished having a conversation with Carlos and the answer to your observation is that the place is being work at the moment to set up new power for what they need.
I understand that is not an excuse but now He knows and will take care.
Thank You for bringing that up.
