A replica of the ship began to build on the historic shipbuilding shipyard «Poltava» in 2013.
To finish unique wooden ship will be about 10 months. During this time you will install all the necessary systems, masts, rigging, sails, ballast laid, the completed interior trim.
It is planned that after completion of all construction work sailing the ship becomes the center of a large interactive Museum complex dedicated to the Maritime history of Russia.
At the design stage in the process of recreating an exact replica of the ship took part of the Central naval Museum and the Central naval archive funds and collections which are preserved documents on the design and construction of ships «of the Petrine era».
