Sometimes I can’t stop painting something because the more I look at it, the more I see changes I want to implement. Anyway, after looking at images of the castle I realized it is more of a sand color, and I made that change and added some yellow highlights to that. Then all the roofs had to be painted dark grey and I added a few highlights so they look a little worn. I may add more, not sure. Going to give it a day or two before I decide.

3d printing was never foreseen in my younger days as far as I can recall. Really it’s kind of miraculous. Grant’s skills are to be admired.

My daughter also wanted a dragon and she requested red…so …

Well I finished the castle and display for my daughter’s birthday. Then I printed a resin figure and painted it for my grandsons birthday, it’s a character he likes from a video game.
Definitely weird, and I don’t play video games, so I had to get a reference pic for the colors.
Been printing parts for my ship and car model as well. So busy lately!

Finally…I have started another airplane model! A Camel 1-1/2 Strutter. It was a two seat with a rear gunner.
And the tiny motor…
It’s good to be building another airplane! I am also working on my ship and will be posting an update eventually on that.

BTW, I paint figures too. Here is one I recently painted for a Dungeons and Dragons game. He is about 3" tall
