Yards

The yards from the kit have not been used. After they were cleaned up, they are much too flexible.

New yards have been made from toothpicks and bamboo plant sticks, using the Billings drawing as a guide.

Excellent job and a great tutorial for the plastic kits improvement! The most important thing is that the approach is available to an average modeller: no advanced software, 3D-printers, heavy machinery, expensive materials - just a small number of easy tools and a good pair of hands!
