Hello everyone, this will be a build log of Hms Pegasus , I am sharing this build on behalf Roland Vlahovici who was kind enough and provide all his images, he is way too busy to do this on his own.

Hallo Zoltan,
Is this the 14 gun ship sloop of the Swan class, launched in 1776 ? I think so if I compare the drawing of the NMM with the drawings of Roland......

PEGASUS_1776_RMG_J5009.jpg
I think on one of the screen-shot photos wqe can see one original draught

Will be very interesting......Just from the beginning -> I like his (I guess self-made) screw terminals very much, different span, but same thickness of the bow.....

Thank you for sharing this build log Zoltan. Mr. Vlahovici has won numerous European championships with his models and I have particularly enjoyed his HMS Pegasus model on the internet. I was indeed flattered to see my book on building this model on his workshop table!

Uwe: dvm27 is actually Greg Herbert, David Anscherl’s collaborator, and author of Volume III of the Swan Class series. Also a very nice guy!
