A couple of handy additions to the tool kit.
The tapered scale is for measuring the inside diameter of a hole. On occasions I have been reduced to inserting different drill bits into a hole to find which one fits then noting its diameter.
The multitool items end in small cups lined with cutters. They are useful for deburring the ends of cut wires.
(I think I am due a new cutting mat. Back to green next time.)

If I might add a recent purchase for my model ship building kit...
An air blaster + vacuum, just the right power and size for our hobby.
$AUD35 from Temu.

Hi John, can you give some feedback on the air blaster....how noisy, is the air pressure comparable to the canned air spray you can buy. Basically, what are you thoughts on those issues and how long does the battery last before needing recharging. Thanks

Hello Gene438,
I have never used canned air, so cannot compare. However another reviewer commented that the pressure was comparable. But more importantly, the air from the gun did not become colder with progressive use, unlike the canned type. The gun has 4 speeds. Battery life varies inversely with the speed setting. Not timed accurately, but on the highest setting (4) it was down to 50% charge after 10".
I used it at my modelling desk, in the TV room. She Who Must Be Obeyed did not complain, much. But I did warn her. It is not painfully loud.
Charging off my computer USB port took about an hour.
So far I am very impressed, and intend to buy another couple.
Hope that helps.
