A Dutch Fluyt in shell first, reconstructing the "Ghost ship" scale 1:36

I missed that ship yesterday, I like the way how you make a half hull filling to show the way these beams are "ordered"

Nice pictures from you midel as well as the Samuel. But seeing you model yesterday in A’dam in real life was nicer.

Hi Peter,
Yes Amsterdam was a nice event again allthough the day is always to short to see everything and speak everybody.
Sure your model stood definately out of the crowd.

Think I will keep the PS side open so you can see the structure of frames and decks. Above the upper wales the planking will be fitted. In this build the planking is also needed otherwise the hull will fall apart.

Hi Frank,

Many thanks, hope it will help to get more people building Dutch or 17th century ships.
