Yep, I’m not a good solder soldier either. I remember soldering wires on 2 mm lights for my Black Pearl. I kept losing the lights and the solder wouldn’t take so I wound up buying already soldered ones from Evans. Don’t you have to do something to the brass before it takes solder?

We had a 1947 F100 on our farm. We loved it, especially as kids, riding in the back. Was the Black Pearl a pirate ship? Happy building and no cussing!
