A major emergency operation has been launched after a ship owned by the estate of the late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen tipped onto its side amid high winds at a Scottish dry dock.
Police, paramedics and the coastguard were called to the research vessel The Petrel which became dislodged from its holding at Imperial Dock in Leith, Edinburgh, at around 8.35am on Wednesday.

The Scottish Ambulance Service reported at 1pm that 25 people were injured in the incident with 15 taken to hospital.
