Hi does anyone have a decent plan of a 32 ft royal navy pinnace I got a set off line but quality not very good I have been using inkscape to do the hull lines but the plans are a bit distorted so not able to get a good laser cut IE the rib isn't meeting the planking properly thank you in advance

I downloaded seven sets of high resolution contemporary plans for 32 foot pinnaces. The drawings are very easy to find on the WikiCommons site in high resolution and in low resolution on the RMG Collections site. Of some importance, what year? They varied with time.
One example is below that gives her scantlings. Keep in mind pinnaces were always single banked. Some kits mistakenly leave out some tholes or have them set up for a double banked boat on alternating thwarts. You should be able to get some good information from the topic here at SoS on making a ship's boat from scratch.

For low resolution drawings. https://www.rmg.co.uk/collections/objects/search/32 ft pinnace plans These can be had in high resolution from RMG but they are not cheap.
For some free high resolution drawings go to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Ship_plans_of_the_Royal_Museums_Greenwich Scroll down to page 3 as well as page 14.
