While researching the armored cruiser USS New York / Saratoga / Rochester (ACR-2 / CA-2) I came across this photograph of a 1/350 scale rendering of that ship. As you can see, she shares the spotlight with an unidentified same-scale warship of indeterminate identity. I'm guessing the latter may have flown the Royal Navy colors and though she is clearly a dreadnought she is just as clearly not the Dreadnought. Other than being certain she is also certainly not the later USS New York, battleship BB-34, I haven't the slightest idea who she might be. Surely one of you shipmates will recognize her. My curiosity on the issue has become a bit of a proverbial burr under the saddle. Thanks muchly for any suggestions.

that is a ww1 German battleship because of the shape of the funnel bases & the shape of the bow especially the underwater part.

Thank you, David. With that nudge in the right direction, I took a closer look at the Kaiser's men-o-war and now would tentatively identify New York's shelf-mate as one of the five Kaiser-class battleships of the "War To End All Wars." But which one!? Speechless

Based on the main turret arrangement of the model posed next to the USS New York, I'm going to stick with identifying her as one of the Kaiser-class sisters, possibly represented by the SsModel 1/350 offering. As illustrated below, the Konig-class had their five turrets all arrayed in single file along the centerline while on the Kaiser-class the number two turret was offset to starboard, the number three to port. The depicted 1/350 model more closely tracks the latter configuration. In any event, thank you so much for the initial data, it sure made "solving the case" a whole bunch easier.
