I searched, but may have missed it, I have this big monster of a kit and am considering building it. Any other builds out there?

I found on youtube one modeler who build the ChengHo and is showing his work in several videos
Especialy the rigging will be "interesting"

Wow! That's an incredible ship and build. I very much enjoyed your presentation. In my senior years I still haven't found the nerve to start a plastic build. I remember how difficult the medium is from my childhood. I find wooden models very forgiving as they are easily correctable allowing me to repeatedly remake components iterating to an acceptable piece. I have a plastic model ship kit, Nantucket Light Ship, that I'm building up the courage to start. Not only is your video very informative nut also sparks my motivation. I frequently watch the Paul Budzik YouTube videos to better understand modern adhesives, paints, techniques, tools, etc. Good luck with the project and thank you very much for sharing.
