Airfix P-51D 1:48

Tuned in late to your p-51. A longtime favorite of over 70 years. A friend (of over 76yrs.) and I used scratch build them, and other 40s and 50s planes in miniature out of wood from a fraction of the size of the Tamiya to about the same scale.
