It is with a heavy heart that I announce Alexander Dobrenko has passed away.A few will know him as the 'translator' from the Dr Mike videos.Alexander was not only an extremely accomplished modeller but also a key player in the Model Shipbuilding Guild of StPetersburg.

I am very sorry to hear this. It is unfortunate that we have talented people amoung us that their lives are often cut short and probably are not fully recognized as they should.
