Amati titanic Davits

Hello folks, this is the first large model I have attempted. Amati titanic. It’s coming along nicely but I have hit a snag. I am not sure of the best way to build the lifeboat Davits. They looked simple enough but now as I try to build them I am finding them very tasking. Has anyone built these before that could give me good advise as of how to build these properly.

Hello Navigator,

with this post I send you the pictures of my model showing the davits and a starboard view. They were taken with my first digital camera and are not very good.
Another picture shows the davit arrangement on a 1:48 scale model (not built by me)
