Anchor at old Limassol port

Very interesting form - I did never see such kind of anchor before

Possibly an old mooring anchor? Something that size is for a ship of a size that would pull the concrete block type moorings out. It was common in the UK for half anchors to be used at each end of a heavy chain that sat on the seabed and a riser chain went to the surface buoy from the middle links.
For the Colonials out there we pronounce buoy as boy!!

Sand anchor, I think, has seen smaller variants for small boats.
