I saw these photos of Adrian Sorolla’s La Mahonesa build on a FaceBook post.
The clamps look hand made. Does anyone have more information or ideas on what he used for the “c” clamp body.

I was thinking maybe brass flat stock that’s been bent around a pipe or some other form. Then thought perhaps the brass would be too soft and not hold it’s shape when clamped… it’s a head scratcher…Cautious

They look nice, but any small commercially available G clamp would do the same job.
I would add that they can be made to do the same job, but even the smallest ones do not always fit into tight spaces on occasion. No reason not to take a clamp to the grinding wheel to take off material so it will fit in the tighter spaces. Where there is a will there is a way. :)

If the pressure needed on the wood is so much that the clamp may bend, would it be better to shape the piece(s) of wood so not as much clamp pressure is required? Just a thought.

The handles are immediately recognizable as gluing dowels, the shafts are brass slot-head screws, and the Cs do appear to be bent bar stock, as you said. The problem is that the screw head is not free-floating and has a slot in it, so it’s going to mar whatever is getting clamped unless you leave it so loose that it wouldn’t be serving any purpose.
