Block making for threebs builds

I will need ALOT of blocks, both 3/32 inch, 3/16 inch and 1/4 inch singles about 150 double blocks in 1/4" and 3/16" for six ships (2 frigates a 74 a steam frigate, a sloop of war and 2 brigs. this is how I make mine. 220 1/4" singles in that pile. figure 60 cents US a block.

I needed 2 mm blocks. I tried making them. Broke a few good drill bits and ended up buying them.
