nice work. did you use a brush or spray gun for the hull ? acrylic or oil ? the finish is superb.

Thank you. The hull paint is enamel (by Model Master) applied with a brush. Two coats for each colour. The white line is a 1/8th self adhesive automotive pinstripe.

Thank you sirs. I too am pleased with the finished ship. We now live on the East Coast of Canada and, models of the Bluenose I and II are fairly common.
This 1:75 scale kit was a gift from my wife last year. Makes a nice display.
I did not put the sails on as I have three ships with sails and liked the look without them. However, I built a shadow box for a little 1:150 scale "ghost hull"
that I built, it shows the deck, masts, full sails and main rigging. The box is displayed with the ship.
