Another fishing smack started. I recently rediscovered Boadicea CK213 and found a lines drawing and plan in the public domain. Boadicea was built in 1808 (Maldon, east coast, UK) and is still going, believe it or not. I have redrawn the lines and worked out construction (or some of it). I have made a start but nothing is glued in yet. Almost certainly too many errors.
Boadicea's progress. My Maldon smack taking shape now with planking about three quarters there. A bit rough in places but should tidy up with some initial sanding. Now to complete port side planking and then move onto the deck layout and decking. I decided to make a building clamp this time which has certainly helped.
