I start building a bragozzo, a traditional Adriatic boat, which I find very attractive for its painted sails.
For its construction I rely on the book by Mario Marzari, which has all the information I need.20190911_170025.jpg20190911_170103.jpg20190911_170119.jpg20190911_213131.jpg20190911_235818.jpg20190912_095737.jpg

I can repeat the word by Jim - I am very happy, that we can see a building log of your new project.
I like this two masted fishing boat also very much, I think in Croatia they are called Bragoc, Am I correct?
You mentioned the painted sails - As I know, they painted their sails differently, so you could recognize every single boat from a bigger distance.
So every family had their own colors

Hallo my friend,
it is every time amazing for me to see how accurate you can make these small paintings on your model boats.
I guess your brush has only one or maximum three hairs, or?
Great work as usual ....... Thumbs-Up

I have not counted the hairs of the brush, but I manage well with marten brushes that are 00 and 000. Already painted and ready the masts, the next step is the rigging9D81F338-4C52-4EA9-BFB2-85CB09439960.jpeg5219B7FE-BDB4-4806-AE26-364C78EE62F7.jpeg6DF2EB79-E87A-4139-887C-E3E3FF85799B.jpeg07E1EF57-F7FA-4FCA-A14A-2C1618162D33.jpeg...

Congratulations Javier with a new miniature in your fleet, thank you for showing,

Congrats on another miniature in your fleet! Great model and very nice details (considering the size)! Thumbs-Up

She is a "little" Beauty - and with the colorful sails an eyecatcher in your collection.
Congratulations for this new model
