Next wiil be belaying pin racks. It’s quite simple to make - just cut, grind and paint a few parts:

IMHO, since the Buccaneer is not a real ship, there’s no right or wrong. You have the artistic license to change anything you like. I like the look of your painted decorations; it makes them stand out without looking tacky. Heck, I’m a Kenny Cheney fan and I’m planning on switching out the Jolly Rodger with a No Shoes Nation flag on my Buccaneer.

Looks like you long and through work on the hull paid off. Nice job! With a little luck I should be able to begin sanding my 2nd planking within the next few days.

The decorative patterns look terrific! are the part of the kit? Very, very nice clean work, by the way. Beautifully executed!

I see a lot of people here building Buccaneers. I started making masts. Unfortunately, I still can’t figure out how to ensure their correct position relative to the deck

Generally speaking a bollard is located on a dock . Aboard I would call them bittsNext will be deadeyes and bollards (if I understand the nautical terms correctly):

I waxed the threads on the deadeyes and painted the bollards.
I continue to do rigging ( Unfortunately I don't know the correct names of the different parts of the rigging ). I have that book 
and I'm trying to improve the model a little according to this book.
gun ports. I also decided to improve them a little and pasted them with the remains of sapelli veneer and painted (the manual suggests simply painting them):

All that remains is to make the sails. I don't really like the ones that come with the kit. But I don't know where to get a better one. And in the books it is written that there should be a rope along the edges of the sails. But there is nothing about this in the manual. I'm not sure if I should do this.
