Building table or Bench

I recently purchased a table from Home Depot that cranks to change heights as needed. I comes with 2 drawers. The top is super heavy (and very flat). Frame is steel. I like it a lot and recommend it. It was on sale for less than $200.

Ok, so like I said before the fire took everything, and considering I am bored
and want to get back into building, I need a new work bench.
I want a flat surface to build on(my other one really wasn't) but also heavy duty.
Any and all ideas are welcome I just need to get going.

I use a 2 bench set-up, one is a desk, the other a shelf off a bookcase. I also use 1/4" plate glass for many things. I also build model railroad HO scale dioramas of buildings.
