Cannons

I thought I would mess around making some cannons.

First up the 24 LB Carronade for the USS Oneida Still have to create the base but heres the Cannon

the Bow I think its a 36 pounder

I dont know the wood dimensions or how the bow gun goes together I will have to look into that
and a test sample of the worm screw i need to create for the carronade

Cool. What are they made of?

I drew them in solidworks and gave them grey cast iron for a material

Naw I dont have a 3D printer I am just refining my cad skills for ships trying to learn how they are built. thats why I do it this way before I build in wood so I understand how to build the stuff. I been out of it a while so refreshing my memory
