Notice that tweezers on the deck. A standard ST17 usually 115mm. that means the full length will be within 500cm. so I think it must be 1/72

You are correct, the photo looked misleading.

This 1/72 scale might be a better option for some modellers as the 1/48 scale is an enormous model.

Very good model - It can be only a little bit problematic, if your fingers are not like small snakes - with appr. 90 frames in appr. 50cm length - Puhhhh

Last Sunday I went to the SHICHENG model studio. with owners permission, I take some photos of 1/72 Le requin test version.here they are

Notice the last picture. we could see the other two new ships nearly accomplished. by comparing its length and print parts，I think the ship behind le requin probably 1/96 HMS victory. but I unable to confirm above one only I can see that it should be a french ship.
