Comet Neowise

Yesterday evening / night we went with our 7 years old daughter nearby but outside Vienna in the so called Wiener Wald - Vienna Forrest.
She wanted to see the comet Neowise
she said, that next time when the comet will come back (in 6.000 years) she has maybe no time to see it !!!

It was a great experience for her ......

We were not alone at the spot:



And I realized, that I am not really prepared (and equipped) to make such photos

Next time I will have a better equipment - but for the next 5.000 years I will invest my money in tools for the modeling workshop

I havta agree with you, I remember back in early 1986, my admiral and I got up about 3 am to see Halley's Comet and we had a beautiful night to see it.

I remember that it was around for about 5 days, but that morning was only one that it was visible due to cloud cover for the others.
