Thank you for all the advice along the way. The competition was this past weekened, and my goal was not only to take first place, but also to beat a Grand Master who had challenged me to a head to head competition. "The Lazarus" walked away with a Blue Ribbon, Best in Category, Best in Show, and I beat the Grand Master by more than double the votes.
(All leather with very minor exceptions. 35L x 32T)
