Custom brass photoetching for metal strops

Does anyone know of a service that does photoetching of brass? I want to make some brass strips for early 20th century blocks and will need the thin patterned material to strop. I've done a few built up blocks and want to try the process in the attached pdf. It's for a skipjack. Alternative ideas for the strops welcome.
Any input appreciated!
