Doing some custom mods on my current build, and have the need to do precession cuts on brass angle-iron (not iron), square-stock and round tubes.
Hack saw to rough (32 tpi) and kerf too thick.. Then I have my Zola 42 tpi .010 thick saw. Seems that it just dulled the blade. Any suggestions?

Dremel metal cutting disk?

a metal blade run at a slow speed on a scroll saw apparently will work although I must admit that I have yet to try it myself most important to make sure that you have eye protection.

Carbide blades can cut all non ferrous metals. Brass is pretty soft, are you sure it’s Brass? I’ve seen brass plated steel.
make a push table for your small saw. You then can set up jigs to cut any shape.
