CVE-30 USS Charger (1942)

Richie, Great job building an unusual subject! Winston Churchill supposedly said that the only problem during the war that caused him to lose sleep was the Battle of the Atlantic. These escort carriers were necessary to solve the “air gap” where the German Submarines were particularly effective. They are often overlooked by their more glamorous sisters that fought in the Pacific.

I'm aiming to start building a new hull this spring. It might be a Bogue-type carrier model (the same С3 hull), since I can't find the necessary materials for the Independence. Then it will be a British version with a Swordfish on board.
 
Richie, what materials are you looking for like in information like in plans for that class of light carriers?

i have plans saved on my computer of USS Langley (CVL-27) later the French aircraft carrier La Fayette but need your email address to send it to you.
i found your email address as has sent files to you before so will send the Langley/ La Fayette files to you.
just found in my outlook that i had sent even those files back in Nov 4 2025.
