For sale Deagostini Sovereign of the Sea's for sale

I have decided to sell my Deagostini SoS, I have now obtained all the parts except for issue 33, below is a list of what I have,

I am asking AUD 700 including shipping to Australia mainland, if you just wanted the parts and were going to use the PDF instructions then shipping would of course be a lot less, and if you are local to me, I'm in South Adelaide and could pick up then there would'nt be any shipping,

issue 21 no book but parts are sealed in a bag,

I have a PDF of all the build instructions etc,

Issues 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30,31, and 32, no books but all parts sealed and numbered in bags,

Issue 33 is the one issue missing,

Issue 34 no book but parts sealed in a bag,

Issue 35 unopened,

Issues 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, and 48 no books but all parts numbered and sealed in bags,

Issues 49, 50, and 51 no books but all parts sealed in bags,

Issues 52, 53 unopened,

Issue 54 no book but parts sealed in a bag,

Issue 55, 56 and 57 unopened,

Issues 58, and 59 no books but parts sealed in bags,

Issue 60 unopened,

Issue 61 no book but parts sealed in a bag,

Issues 62 and 63 unopened,

64 no book but parts sealed in a bag,

Issue 65 unopened,

Issue 66 no book but parts sealed in a bag,

Issue 67 unopened,

Issues 68 and 69 no books but parts sealed in bags,

Issues 70 right through to 135 unopened and including plans for the Tops and the masts,

also included are 5 folders for storing the books,.

The reason behind the fact that a lot of the parts that have no books is that the shipping was a lot cheaper than shipping with the books, and by having the PDF there is no need for the books, see below pics of the parts sealed and numbered according to their issue number,

G'day Bryian, yes getting snowed under, got to let something go, I'm selling the Xebec as well, I'm not sure about the Royal Caroline, but definitely got to get the Royal William finished as well as the Friedrich Zu Pferde and a couple of others promised to family, ah well will see how I go,

As concerns shipping with the above SoSea's, if someone oversea's was interested and just wanted the parts and use the Deagostini PDF to build from it would reduce the shipping cost significantly , food for thought,

I WOULD have bought this if I wasn't already building one! The DeAgostini models are currently discontinued, and no one knows if or when they will resume making kits. If there are any novice builders out there looking for a kit that is easy to build with excellent instructions, and also has lots of detail, this is it, and the price if great too. SCOOP THIS ONE UP, new guys!

For the record, the model depicted in my post wasn't built by me, but by another modeler. However, the picture of his model is one of the best images which shows you exactly what you can expect if you built the model in accordance with the kits instructions. My model is heavily bashed such that it no longer resembles the kit, and many of you know. Neptune is correct that out of the box, it makes a very beautiful model, and is excellent for beginners.

That's very nice to say! It does add a bit of fun to build your model while another member builds theirs. I was trying with my Sovereign to keep pace with Paul's Vasa build, but he's faster an the modifications like the furnished interior decks and now the custom decorations slowed me down a lot.

Anyone who buys Neptune's model for sale in this thread is getting a great deal. @neptune : Did you advertise your kit for sale on Model Ship World, Modellisti Navali and SegelSchiffsModellbau forums?

G'day Kurt, I have only advertised it on SOS so far, I can't advertise it on Model Ship World, I was banned because I spoke my mind about things, anyway I'll give it a week then put her on eBay and Market Place,
