Makeup brush, very soft, thick pile, perfectly sweeps away dust.
A medical pear, perfectly blows away dust, a sufficiently powerful directional air flow, is sold in pharmacies.

An expensive option but I have found it invaluable with all the sanding on my POF build is a spray booth designed for air brush work
Mine is a twin motor one from Bartsharp in the UK .I am sure there will be similar models in other countries
