Dutch navy museum ‘marine museum’ Den Helder

I visited the 'Marine museum' in Den Helder, the Netherlands for the third time in a year. There are ship models of the highest standard, all kinds of tools, bits, weapons, radar and whatnot and a few ships, including a submarine, including some old hands to tell stories. On board. Deep inside. And although it is a good 90 minutes driving north of Almere where I live, I’m sure I’ll visit it again.
