From the photo that you posted, it appears that you have damaged the side of your hull. This should be easy to fix. Glue a piece of thin plywood to the INSIDE of the hull that is larger than the hole. You will have to clamp it. When the glue has cured, glue a patch to the OUTSIDE of the hull to cover the hole. It can be slightly smaller than the hole. Clamp it tightly against the inside parch. When the glue has cured, spread filler that hardens over the patch and sand smooth. Automobile Body Filler will work for this.
