As I know there were several HMS Hoods sailing on the seas - which one is subject of your project?
I guess based on the scale it is the battlecruiser launched in 1918?

not sure yet which one but probably one of the earlier variants.

Welcome aboard the best place to discuss ships of all kinds.

The only HMS Hood I know of what the one lost in attempts to sink the Bismarck!

It will be good to watch your build as you progress. The folks here are always willing to help with advise or techniques when needed, so don't be afraid to ask.
