Shipyard is well known for high quality card-board models - they have now the first wooden kit in their program:

It is looking very interesting, especially knowing the high quality of their card board models, we can expect something similar

I guess they want to check the reaction of the market and will develop further in other bigger ships - they have a great experience in cardboard models and making here also frigates like the HMS Mercury 1779 and in paper even the HMS Victory
Their usual scale is 1:72

A very good summary and several reviews were made already once by our member @SAIL AND SAIL

BTW: they are also selling very good plansets, f.e. the HMS Enterprize
 
I have the Paperacrd kit. so for me is this kit to late on the market. What I can see, the model looks exact the same as the card model.
