Where are you located?
I have never used PayPal for person to person transactions. Have you; I've always used Zelle. I assume it would ship in a USPS flat box for under $10, but I'm just guessing. It is small, the base is the largest piece and the kit is probably no more than a pound or so, certainly under 2 lbs.
