Do the shaded areas on the plans, correspond to the spacers shown on (Le Rochefort by No Idea)?

As I slowly rebuild the Cant Frames, I'll work on placing these "floor chocks/Frame Spacers". I think they will add strength and stiffness to the hull, while I fair/sand!
