What are the best glues for plastic and resin and etched parts(available in the uk please) so that l will not make basic mistakes that l am more than capable of ?

For etched parts is the best glue tin = solder.:)
Etched to wood or something else => CA cyanoacrylate
Resin => CA
Plastic - try Revel Contacta or disolve scraps of this plastic in solvent like acetone

YOU MUST try the glue on scraps first!!!

For resin, I recommend epoxy, I use the 5 min and 20 min based on how much time is needed. I find CA to be very brittle.

For attaching PE parts onto plastic or resin I have been having great success using UV setting resin or glue such as Bondic. It will not adhere until it is exposed to a set wavelength of UV light, then it sets almost instantly. Gives you great control of positioning components before they set into place. If you like it you can order larger amounts as well as a good uv flashlight to set the material on Amazon.
