Hi Folks;
I'm quite new to model boat building, but have done a fair bit of model rail and model engineering. Retired, finally getting to play with many interests that got put aside during a career and later owning a clock restoration business. In the last year and a half or so I've complete a few of the apprentice kits from Model Expo, and am wrapping up a Mantua Capri. A Sakonnet Daysailer and a MiteeMite tug are both underway. I've been enjoying the model boat club that meets at the Deltaville Maritime Museum for a few years now and after some down time due to carpal tunnel issues am back at! Each model is a chance to learn new things, goof up and try to recover or fix up, learn and do better on the next one.
Best to all, Stan
