I am trying to assemble the frames on this model they have all fitted very well until i reached frame (J) the slot in the laser cut cradle is a good 1mm wider than the rib? can anyone advise me if this is a manufacturing error or if i have done something wrong see last photo

Hi Roger, That is acturally okay, this error on the jig was being later fixed, you can place a small spacer so it would be fine.

Hi I must thank Victor at Modelship For the amazing customer service
I now seem to have a problem at rib 23 (Last rib at the stern) as sanded to the lines it does not follow the lines of the boat it sits too high and if i lower the rib it would not follow the keel any suggestions gratefully received

when the height compared to the keel (red arrow) and the outer contour of the frame (green arrow) is correct like you mentioned, than the frame is to strong in height and I would just sand down at the end, when all the frames and stern structure is installed to the final inner countour

A quick update i have fitted the hawse parts apart from F5 which i am going to try and sort out after the ship / boat? is out of the jig and i have found the i needed to cut a small part if the jig away to carry on with the stern

No warries. I"ve got the same issue with no set back or consequence of any sort. Just check twice the rib is perfectly upright. Cheers!
