…. Retired from the RCN recently 42 yrs….. have been building plastic and resin armour models most of me life when I could… now I have time on me hands I have transitioned to model steam engines and now trying me hand at age of sail. I have a couple of Occre vessels almost complete. But want to give more complex/detailed POF a shot…. I have the tools, mini mills lathes etc and most of all…. time 
I’m going to try Bonhomme Richard essentially from scratch ( I’ve ordered some complete monographs from overseas ). I’ve been watching this forum for a tad now as well as a couple of YouTube vlogs. POF kits for example from: CAF and Lumberyard for Model Shipwrights have peaked my interest. I look forward to picking brains for ideas and just enjoying my retirement. TiGGs sends
