Hello, my name is Marcelo. I registered a while ago and have been following the very interesting posts on this forum, where I learn a lot from you.

I've been making models since I was 5 years old. First, the typical plastic kits, then I started working in wood, and since 1982, I've only been scratch-building models.

Here I'm sharing some of the latest models I've built. No parts are purchased; everything is based on plans and photos of real ships. Several are my own designs of ships from specific eras, which is the type of modeling I enjoy most.

Hi, thank you very much for your welcome messages.

I have photographic records of every model I've built. I'll find the time to explain the construction process to accompany the photos.
I think I'll start by describing the construction of the 1/128 scale Chokai, which I built a few years ago.
