At the moment I am doing.g old model conservations. Here are photos of a 100 years old US frigate model I conserved. It is 12" long in total.
Restoration is returning a model to pristine brand new condition. Conservation is just doing a good cleaning, necessary repairs (which I "age") and a complete rerigging using the original builders rigging plan and style.
It brings in enough money to pay for my hobby.
