Hello from Milton Keynes

Hi all, Just a quick hello, I have been building the Caldercraft HMS Victory 1:72 scale for the past 10 years on and off, more off than on. I can now see the end of the long tunnel with just some of the rigging left to complete. This site is just what I have been looking for and I am picking up lots of tips and getting ideas for my next build which I think may be the Royal yacht Caroline 1:47 scale any recommendations would be welcome.

Welcome aboard the forum, please post some photos and a build log of progress.

The light at the end of the tunnel could be the flash of an enemy cannon going off!.

Have fun with the rigging, it might be years before your done, if you like me, my arms get tired of all the ratlines and knots in them.

Thank you for the welcome. I have attached some photos off the HMS Victory which is my first ship to build and has up to now taken 10 Years, I may finish it next year with a little bit of luck.
