I have been a ship modeler for quite a long time but due to circumstances beyond my control was away from it for quite a while. Now that I am retired I have gotten back into it. Looking forward to seeing what other are doing and refreshing my memory about building.

I am also glad to have found you. It's nice to find a forum where if you mention the words cheap, Chinese and ship kits, in the same sentence. you don't have people running around having melt-downs and making you feel like you are the worst sort of person to even think of such a thing. Besides, with the trade war our beloved President has gotten us into those kits are not likely to be "cheap" much longer.
