Where to begin. I've always been interested in IJN aircraft carriers, something about the look. So recently I decided to take the plunge and purchase Hasegawa's 1/350 Akagi. Then it occurred to me that advice/pointers would sure help. Searching the internet I came across this site. All I can say is WOW! The amount of information not only on this particular build but model ship building in general is overwhelming. Of course having a full time career means it's going to be a slow process. But I'm sure an enjoyable one.
