Help with Watched build logs

I was following several build logs and the notification "bell" would highlight new posts in those build logs.

About 2 months ago, these notifications stopped.

Can any of the admins explain why or what I can do to get these notifications??

I tried "unwatching" and then "watching without e-mails" and still do not get the notification bell to highlight.

Thanks for any help.
