Do you have any dimensions for the AVS? Sloops encompassed a huge range of dimensions and even rigging styles. Sloops has nothing to do with rig so much as size (smaller than a 6th rate).
 
The only dimensions I have found online for the AVS was a length of 55' 8'', beam of 17' 8'', depth of 6'6''.
